Not medical advice

Dry100 is a day counter, not medical advice or treatment. Stopping suddenly after heavy, regular drinking can be dangerous: talk to a doctor first. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (US) or call Samaritans on 116 123 (UK and Ireland), or your local emergency number.

Using Dry100

You must be 18 or over. Keep your sign-in details safe; you're responsible for what happens under your account. Don't use the service to harass anyone, including by sending kind words that aren't kind, and don't try to break or overload it.

Supporter links

A private link lets anyone who holds it see what you chose to show. Share it only with people you trust, and replace it if it gets passed on. We can't control who a link is forwarded to.

Plans and payment

Free features stay free. Pro is billed through Stripe monthly or yearly at the price shown at checkout and renews until you cancel. Cancel any time from Account; you keep Pro until the end of the paid period. If you stop paying, your data stays and you can still read and download it. Refund requests made within 14 days of a charge are honoured.

Your content

What you write is yours. You give us permission to store and display it back to you and to the people you choose, and to process it as described in the privacy policy. We don't use it for anything else.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Dry100 running, but it's provided as is, without guarantees, and may change. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. If we ever shut the service down, we'll give notice and a way to download your data first.
