A private sobriety counter
Count your days. Let a few people see.
Set your date and the counter is ready. No account, no sign-up. When you want someone in your corner, send them a private link. They don't install anything.
- ✓ Days, milestones and money not spent
- ✓ No ads, no feed, no strangers
- ✓ A restart keeps your history. It isn't a failure screen
Free to use. Other free apps exist, and we say how we differ.
Example of what a supporter sees
Alcohol free
Since September 8, 2026
“Thanks for being there.”
The circle
One quiet page for the people who matter
Your partner, your sister, a friend who's been through it. Each gets their own private link. They see your day count and nothing you haven't chosen to show. No account, no app, no feed.
- You choose per person. Days only, or the start date and your longest stretch too.
- They can cheer, not pry. A tap sends a kind word. There's no way to ask how it's going.
- You can take it back. Replace a link or remove someone and the old page stops working at once.
Inside the app
What it actually looks like
Screens from the app itself, with sample data. Nothing mocked up.

Today
Your counter, and only yours.

Your circle
Each person gets their own link and settings.

What a supporter sees
No app, no account, nothing to log in to.

History
A restart sits in the record. It doesn't erase it.
Starting again
A restart isn't a red zero
Most counters wipe the number and leave you looking at it. Dry100 keeps every stretch. After a restart you still see your total days, your longest stretch and how your last 90 days went. Nobody is notified. If you want someone to know, you write the message.
There are no streak-loss alerts, no leaderboard and no confetti you can lose. Days are days, and they stay yours.
Straight talk
Free sobriety apps already exist, and some are very good
Sobers, Nomo and I Am Sober give away a counter, savings and accountability partners. If you want a native app, a big community or 12-step content, start with them. Dry100 is narrower: the people who support you don't need an app or an account, you set what each of them sees, and a restart is a normal part of the record. See the side-by-side.

Questions
Is the counter really free?
Yes. The counter, milestones and money saved are free with no account, and the date stays on your device. A free account also syncs it across devices, keeps every stretch and gives you one supporter link.
Do the people I share it with need an account?
No. They get a private link to a single page. There's nothing to install and nothing to sign up for. They can leave a short kind word if they want to.
Can they see my notes or my hard days?
Never. Supporters see your day count, and only the extra details you tick for that person, such as the start date. Notes, moods and restarts are not shown to anyone but you.
What happens if I start again?
Your earlier stretch is kept and its days still count toward your total. Nobody is told unless you tell them yourself. There's no failure screen.
Is this medical advice?
No. Dry100 is a day counter. If you drink heavily and regularly, stopping suddenly can be dangerous, so talk to a doctor first. In a crisis, call or text 988 in the US or Samaritans on 116 123 in the UK and Ireland.
